Booth Information:
Your tradeshow package includes: one draped 6ft
table, 2 chairs, nightly cleaning service, garbage
cans, wireless internet access, and an electrical
outlet. The exhibit area is carpeted. Large
floor stands and backdrop displays are discouraged
and will not be permitted unless they are less than
6ft wide and their depth is not obstructive to the
walkway. Table top signage and/or banner stands are
preferred.
Inbound Shipping:
FAHP will be working directly with
FAIRMONT TURNBERRY RESORT
for TradeShow Decorator Services.
Materials can be shipped directly to the hotel
one-week
prior
to conference (September
13-18).

Drayage Fees:
All shipments to the resort will
be charged a
$ 10 per package handling fee. Any
freight coming in on a pallet will be charged
$50
handling/storage fee. All fees will be
billed to your room. If you prefer to pay via
credit card, please complete the attached
CREDIT CARD AUTHORIZATION FORM
and fax to the hotel as
directed on the form.
Outbound Shipping:
UPS and Fedex will be picking up
outbound shipping after show closing. Please have
your billing information available for the shipping
labels. Exhibitor is responsible for
repacking/boxing materials, addressing shipping
labels and leaving boxes on their tables for pickup.
All exhibit materials left behind will be removed
and disposed of without liability to the Association
or hotel.
Schedule:
Move-in/Setup:
Sunday, Sept. 19; 2pm -- 4pm; or Monday, Sept. 21st
7am -- 8am.
Installation must be fully completed by Monday
morning, Sept. 20th at 8am.
Tradeshow Open:
Networking Breakfast in Exhibit Hall: Monday, 9/20;
8am -- 9am
Tradeshow and Reception: Monday, 9/20; 5:30pm -- 7pm
Tradeshow and Dessert Reception: Monday, 9/20;
8:30pm -- 9:15pm
Move-out/Tear-Down:
Tuesday, Sept. 21;
7AM -- 9AM
You may begin tearing down (preferred) at 9:15pm
after the conclusion of the reception on Monday
evening, Sept 20. All tear down must be
completed by Tuesday 7am -- 9am. Hotel staff will be
available for assistance.

Table Assignments
Liability:
All inbound/outbound shipping
costs as well as drayage handling fees are the
responsibility of the vendor. Exhibitors should
insure all shipments for the time the shipment is
out of their care and custody. FAHP and the Resort
will not be responsible for damages to uncrated
materials, materials improperly packed, concealed
damage, count loss or theft of exhibitor materials.

Rentals:
Rental items are very limited. Please contact
